  • Community Mobilizer is expected to visit the government primary schools to help them organize School Management Committee (SMC) with good participation by the community, and support SMC to formulate School Objectives in terms of students' attendance and learning (especially maths) and School Improvement Plan (SIP) to plan community-level activities to achieve school objectives.
  • Community Mobilizer is also expected to motivate Headmasters and SMC Chairperson to work hard for the community and promote collaboration with the community to improve the school.
  • Basic work will visit government primary schools and their SMCs in Khairpur including Rahooja UC and others, and report to the project team in English.
