International Credit Information is seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to join our teams located in Sukkur, Naushahro Feroze, and Larkana. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a graduate qualification who is eager to begin a career in debt recovery. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing the recovery process by maintaining regular communication with customers, tracking overdue accounts, and ensuring timely payment collection. The role involves conducting field visits to customers locations, building and sustaining professional relationships, and maintaining detailed records of recovery activities. The candidate must be willing to work in the field and should have basic computer skills to support recovery and reporting tasks. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and candidates residing in or near the specified locations are preferred. This role includes management of a team of five individuals, requiring leadership and coordination skills to achieve recovery goals effectively.

The successful candidate will join a committed team working under the supervision of experienced management. The Recovery Officer will submit daily and weekly reports on recovery progress and participate in various recovery-related assignments. Responsibilities

Visit customers to follow up on payments and support recovery efforts.
Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding outstanding debts and payment schedules.
Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts promptly to ensure timely recovery.
Keep accurate and updated records of all recovery activities and customer interactions.
Submit detailed daily and weekly recovery reports to management for review and planning.
Conduct field visits to customers and foster positive relationships to facilitate payment collections.
Lead and manage a team of five recovery officers to enhance recovery efficiency and team performance.
Coordinate with management to implement strategies and address any issues related to recovery processes.
Utilize debt collection software and basic computer applications to maintain records and generate reports.
Perform other related recovery duties as assigned by supervisors or the management team.
