Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Maintenance Management:
- Plan and schedule regular maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehicles.
- Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues and ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and vehicle performance.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and train mechanical staff and technicians.
- Coordinate daily tasks and workloads to ensure efficient operations.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
Budget and Inventory Control:
- Assist in developing and managing the fleet maintenance budget.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, ordering as necessary to maintain operations.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits of the fleet.
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze vehicle performance data and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare reports on fleet operations, costs, and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in fleet management or mechanical supervision (3+ years).
