We are seeking a certified professional with a Bachelor’s degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Institute of Business Administration (IBA), or an equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines. CA / CFA qualification or progress towards completion will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: IPO advisory, capital markets transactions, investment banking, equity research, corporate strategy and business development, transaction advisory, corporate finance, and strategic planning with investor presentations.
Preferred Exposure: Hands-on involvement in IPO processes, PSX listings, investor roadshows, or equity fundraising. Experience in preparing pitch decks, investment teasers, and strategic presentations for senior management, investors, or Board-level discussions.
Key Responsibilities: Support strategic initiatives, business expansion opportunities, and corporate development projects. Prepare high-quality pitch decks, investor presentations, and business proposals for clients, investors, and senior leadership. Assist in IPO-related activities including market research, financial analysis, investor positioning, and coordination with advisors. Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks. Develop financial models, forecasts, and business plans to support decision-making and strategic investments. Analyze operational and financial performance data to evaluate business effectiveness and identify improvement areas. Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and Board review. Support management in evaluating partnerships, new ventures, and commercial opportunities within the logistics sector.
Skills: Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and business case development. Strong strategy development and structured problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional PowerPoint, storytelling, and executive communication skills. Ability to prepare high-impact investor and business development presentations. Strong market research, competitive benchmarking, and analytical rigor. Ability to work closely with senior leadership under tight timelines. High ownership mindset, professionalism, and confidentiality.
