We are seeking a certified professional with a Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing, preferred, with at least 2-3 years of proven experience in Key Accounts, Customer Services, or a similar role in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
This position ensures
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Developing a deep understanding of the client’s business, needs, and challenges while identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Proactively addressing problems and delivering solutions to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Ensuring correct data consolidation for the client’s approval for further processing.
- Liaising between cross-functional departments, such as Operations and Finance, for timely submission of invoices.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely recovery as per credit terms agreed with clients.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong understanding of order management and invoicing processes.
- Analytical skills with hands-on expertise in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
