Interlink Communication Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QC Assistant to join its quality assurance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products by supporting the inspection processes across various production stages. This role requires a solid understanding of quality control procedures and a strong commitment to ensuring the companys strict quality requirements are met consistently. The QC Assistant will conduct inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify any deviations from established standards and collaborate with the production team to address issues effectively. The QC Assistant will also be responsible for accurately preparing and maintaining quality control reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives. While this position does not involve direct team management, the candidate must be highly responsible, disciplined, and able to perform efficiently under production deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with meticulous attention to detail, are essential to succeed in this role and uphold the integrity of Interlink Communication Pvt Ltds quality standards.
Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
Apply established quality control procedures and inspection techniques during production to detect defects or inconsistencies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality control reports documenting inspection results and any non-conformance issues observed.
Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address quality issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and calibration activities for audits and continuous improvement.
Monitor and verify adherence to safety regulations and quality protocols in the manufacturing environment.
Assist in the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection instruments and tools to ensure reliable measurements.
Follow company guidelines and safety policies to minimize risk and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
Identify potential process improvements based on inspection data and support implementation of quality enhancement initiatives.
Demonstrate flexibility by effectively managing workload and priorities to meet critical production deadlines.
Maintain strong attention to detail to accurately detect deviations and initiate corrective action as necessary.
Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze defects, investigate causes, and recommend practical solutions.
