As part of managing a large creative team of 100 members, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the delivery of cohesive and innovative design solutions that meet business needs and brand standards. Your expertise in AI-assisted design techniques will be essential to enhance our creative output and streamline the design process. The AI Graphic Designer is responsible for generating professional and impactful visual content that aligns with marketing and communication objectives. You will apply your knowledge of AI tools to develop creative concepts and execute designs that stand out in both digital and print media. Strong organizational and leadership skills will support your role in overseeing team assignments, mentoring junior designers, and fostering a productive creative environment. Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-quality graphic designs using AI generative design tools across a range of media including print and digital.
Create professional posters, flyers, business cards, social media posts, advertisements, and website designs to meet marketing and branding goals.
Supervise and coordinate a large team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure consistent quality and creativity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and web development to produce unified design solutions.
Utilize AI-assisted design techniques to improve efficiency, creativity, and innovation in the design process.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with company standards.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging AI design technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and present design concepts and ideas clearly.
Maintain design files and documentation for easy access and version control within the team.
