MERN / Full Stack Developer

Intercargo Logistics is a UK based company offering one point logistics solution to its clients across 32 countries. It is a fast growing, forward thinking and technologically advanced Logistics company that specialises in air freight, sea freight, road freight and customs clearances. Intercargo in order to catch up with futuristic digitalization requirements of industry is looking for an experienced MERN full stack developer who can join our team in Pakistan. The full stack developer should come with essential experience of working at the architect level for designing of different software solutions including front-end interactive applications, backend data processing and server-oriented architect level designing.

Job Responsibilities;

Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual designs, creating both client-side and server-side architectures and implementing the created interfaces;
Design and maintain backend data storage and processing, create serves and databases programming for optimal functionality;
Design and develop APIs, writing new codes and maintaining legacy of codes written by others, troubleshooting, debuging and upgrading the created solutions;
Study and propose modern frameworks and design patterns, linking them up with our ideas, conceptualization and development of project designs based on same and shaping them into finished product;
Writing clear, well-conceived, testable and efficient code and integrating the already existing external software codes APIs with our existing projects;
Maintaining high standards of quality for codes, creating documentation and preparing deliverables by adhering to industry best practices and thus contributing to internal coding standards;
Defining code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint;
Linking up interactive consumer data taken from multiple systems and RESTfully abstracting to UI through Node.js at the backend;
Building responsiveness of created interfaces by testing solutions and addressing the technical and interactive customer needs;
Working with development teams, product managers, data scientists and analysts to conceive and ideate software solutions, document all tasks supposed to be implemented for easy reference to development team and clients;
And highly idea if the candidate comes with prior experience of creating interfaces for airlines, shipping lines or trucking companies on an advanced innovative level.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years of Full-Stack Development Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related technical field
In-depth knowledge of Node JS, MongoDB, and React JS
Knowledge of Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications
Experience of cloud technologies, creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, Javascript, JQuery
Experience in handling continuous integration through Jenkins or Hudson and version control through SVN and Git HUB or other revision control systems
Proficient with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.
Familiar with database technology such as MySQL and Oracle
Working knowledge of GraphQL API
Able to work with minimum supervision for meeting the given deadlines
Should come with strong and effective communication skills
Candidates with strong project management skills and orientation of Agile methodologies ‘ll be given priority.
