Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling our [products/services].
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to potential customers.
- Handle customer objections and concerns professionally to turn them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and contribute to overall sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
