This individual will be responsible for creating high-quality, modern designs for our web and mobile applications, and for planning and organizing the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product stakeholder
- Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups
- Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
- Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience
- Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and design skills
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the field of software design and planning
- Experience with design software and wireframe tools, such as Figma or Adobe Photoshop
- Strong portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred)
Experience:5+ years of experience in software design and planning
