Job Description:

As a Office 365 Technologist, you will provide top-notch support to Microsoft customers over the phone. We are looking for an individual with Excellent Verbal and Written ENGLISH and Experience of Working with U.S Customer

Knowledge Abilities: Must Have

  • Excellent+ verbal and written English proficiency is required; you will be working with our Customer base in U.S. Apply only if you are confident with your communication
  • Problem-solving ability, creativity to "think-outside-the-box", proven track record in proposing and implementing new solutions for customers.
  • Self-initiative, Self-Learner, customer-focused, self-motivated, and resourceful and high attention to detail.

Technology Hands-On Required: Good to Have

  • Office 365 and Azure Technologies. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive

If you do not have Hands-On in the above-mentioned technologies, no worries. If you possess the abilities below, we will provide on the job training.
