About the Organization

The organization implements multi-sectoral programs in WASH, Health, LivelihoodsHousing, Education, Protection, Climate Change Adaptation, and Emergency Response, with a strong focus on accountability, transparency, and compliance.

The Logistics & Procurement Unit at Head Office, Peshawar oversees procurement planning, vendor management, inventory control, and compliance, providing interns with practical learning in supply chain and logistics operations within the development sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in procurement documentation (RFQs/tender, comparative statements, purchase orders).
  • Support vendor communication and follow-up.
  • Assist in maintaining procurement files and records.
  • Support inventory and asset tracking documentation.
  • Assist in logistics coordination and delivery follow-ups.
  • Support compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semester) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of procurement and logistics processes (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under supervision.
  • Willingness to learn and follow organizational procedures
