The HR Assistant at Integrated Social Services Program (ISSP) plays a crucial role in supporting the human resource operations within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including preparing vacancy announcements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews effectively.
  • Maintain and update employee personal records both in physical files and electronic HR information systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in organizing and executing staff onboarding and exit procedures to facilitate smooth transitions for employees.
  • Support the management of attendance records, leave applications, and payroll-related documentation to streamline payroll processing.
  • Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with internal policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable Pakistan labor laws.
  • Assist with performance management activities through timely documentation and tracking of staff development and appraisals.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the human resource department, including scheduling and communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information and organizational data.
  • Promote adherence to safeguarding policies, including Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and child protection guidelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes in alignment with the organization's mission and compliance standards.
