About the Organization

The organization implements multi-sectoral programs in WASH, Health, Livelihoods, housing, Education, Protection, Climate Change adaptation, and Emergency Response, with a strong focus on accountability, transparency, and compliance.

The Head Office in Peshawar serves as the organization’s central coordination hub, managing administration, human resources, finance, logistic, compliance, and program oversight, offering interns practical exposure to professional finance and accounting systems within the development sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Support preparation and filing of payment vouchers and expense documentation.
  • Assist in data entry in accounting software and Excel-based financial records.
  • Support bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
  • Assist in filing and record keeping for audits and donor compliance.
  • Support finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semester) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, (B/M. Com), or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and financial ethics.
  • Willingness to learn in a structured work environment
