About the Organization

The Head Office in Peshawar serves as the organization’s central coordination hub, managing administration, human resources, finance, logistic, compliance, and program oversight. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative and office management functions within a professional development-sector organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Assist in maintaining office records, files, and documentation.
  • Support procurement and logistics documentation (quotations, filing, follow-ups).
  • Assist in asset and inventory record management.
  • Support coordination with vendors, service providers, and office support staff.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office correspondence.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semester) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of office administration and documentation.
  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team-based environment
