Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, and manage a team of 10 professionals to deliver project objectives effectively.
Plan, design, and supervise the construction of medium to small scale irrigation schemes and other water-related infrastructure projects.
Ensure project compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements set by recognized engineering boards.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to maintain efficient and successful project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
