Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team engaged in the construction of irrigation and water infrastructure projects.
Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents to guide accurate construction practices.
Perform regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, safety, and adherence to regulations.
Manage contract administration, including monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations and resolving any discrepancies or disputes.
Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure the final deliverables meet industry and project standards.
Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate efficient communication and issue resolution.
Prepare progress reports documenting project status, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
Identify and address potential risks that may impact project timelines or costs, proposing solutions proactively.
Review and approve construction schedules, material submittals, and payment certificates in alignment with project requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team to improve construction methodologies and enhance overall project performance.
