Integral Global is seeking a dedicated District Coordinator to lead and oversee district-level operations within the Synergy Plus program. This role requires a professional with at least five years of experience in project management and stakeholder coordination, capable of guiding a team of seven members to achieve organizational goals. The District Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring effective implementation, consistent monitoring, and evaluation of program activities to enhance performance and outcomes in the designated district.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operational tasks, coordinate with local stakeholders, and provide leadership to ensure the alignment of district initiatives with the broader objectives of Integral Global. This position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization. The District Coordinator contributes directly to the program’s impact by driving collaboration, managing resources, and overseeing systematic monitoring processes.
Responsibilities
· Lead project implementation in the five selected Hyderabad City UCs: City 10, City 11, City 12, City 13 and City 14.
· Coordinate with DHO Hyderabad, EPI, DEOC, DoH/EPI Sindh, health facilities and partners.
· Supervise project staff and ensure field activities are completed as per the approved workplan.
· Review UC microplans, outreach plans, target lists, zero-dose lists, defaulter lists and ANC follow-up data.
· Monitor outreach sessions, community mobilization, cold-chain compliance, data quality and PEI-EPI support activities.
· Hold weekly progress reviews, solve field issues and submit reports/dashboards on time.
Preferred Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Management, Management Sciences or a related field. A bachelor’s degree may be considered with strong relevant experience.
· 5-7 years of experience in public health programme management, preferably in EPI, PEI, ISD, routine immunization, MNCH or donor-supported projects.
· Experience coordinating with DHO, EPI, DEOC/EOC, DoH, district administration and partners.
· Knowledge of EPI protocols, REC/RED microplanning, cold chain, AEFI, SEIR, Zindagi Mehfooz, zero-dose and defaulter tracking.
· Strong leadership, supervision, reporting, data review and problem-solving skills.
· Local knowledge of Hyderabad City urban settings and ability to communicate in Urdu and Sindhi.
Working Conditions
· Office and field setting.
· Travel may be required for project activities within the assigned scope of work.
Salary: Gross salary of PKR 200,000 to 250,000 per month, including all perks and taxes.
Duration: Project-based position for a period of 03 months (Extendable, subject to funding availability and performance of the candidate)
