Instructor for BTEC, HND & Entrepreneurship Programs

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Instructor based in Islamabad to lead and teach BTEC Level 3, HND, and Entrepreneurship programs. The role involves not only delivering practical lessons but also providing comprehensive support to students through mentoring, assignment guidance, and progress monitoring. The instructor will play a key role in programme leadership and contribute to incubation initiatives aimed at fostering student innovation and business development. This position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage BTEC Level 3, HND, and Entrepreneurship programmes, ensuring curriculum delivery aligns with academic standards and industry requirements.
- Conduct practical teaching sessions that engage students and enhance their understanding of business concepts and entrepreneurial skills.
- Mentor students individually and in groups, providing academic support and career guidance to help them achieve their educational and professional goals.
- Guide students through assignments, offering constructive feedback to improve their performance and comprehension.
- Monitor student progress regularly, identifying areas where additional support may be needed and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Support incubation initiatives by facilitating student participation in entrepreneurial projects and start-up development activities.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to maintain programme quality and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

- MBA or a related business qualification is mandatory for this role, ensuring a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
- Proven experience in teaching or instructing at the BTEC Level 3 or HND programmes is essential to effectively manage course delivery and student engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor students and work collaboratively within the academic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including programme leadership, teaching, and student support efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
