- Developing new Business and Retaining existing client base.
- Educate customers about Insta World products and grow business by deepening and cross-selling.
- Handle and resolve customers' ongoing business and invoice queries/complaints.
- Maintain relationships with customers by assisting them and acting as their advocate in resolving business issues. (E.g. claim, damages etc.)
- Work closely with Sales, Accounts, Collection, Billing, and Operation to address customer needs/requirements in order to increase Sales revenue and to secure payment within the established timeline.
