As an FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring high-quality products to enhance our e-commerce portfolio. Your primary focus will be on sourcing products from local suppliers in Lahore, ensuring that they meet the quality standards and requirements of the USA marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and optimizing the sourcing process.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trending and profitable products in the USA marketplace.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers and manufacturers in Lahore.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitive advantage.
- Evaluate product samples to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with Amazon FBA requirements.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain team to streamline the import and transportation process.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the operations team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sourcing activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product sourcing and procurement, preferably in an e-commerce or FBA environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA policies and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
