We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Product Analyst to support our Amazon operations. As a Product Analyst, you will leverage data insights to optimize product performance, improve customer experience, and enhance revenue generation on the Amazon platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to drive growth and profitability for our Amazon product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and performance metrics for products listed on Amazon.
    • Identify trends and insights to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, including CTR, conversion rates, and profitability.
  2. Amazon Marketplace Optimization:

    • Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions to improve organic rankings.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Amazon PPC campaigns, suggesting improvements to maximize ROI.
    • Identify underperforming products and recommend strategies for improvement.
  3. Competitor Analysis:

    • Perform market research to benchmark product performance against competitors.
    • Stay up-to-date with Amazon marketplace trends, policies, and changes to ensure compliance and adaptability.
  4. Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with product development teams to align product features with market demand.
    • Partner with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to address negative reviews and improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Testing & Experimentation:

    • Conduct A/B tests on product images, pricing, and promotional strategies to improve performance.
    • Analyze the impact of changes and suggest iterative improvements

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role, preferably working with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
  • Proven track record of optimizing product performance on Amazon or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Fresh Graduates with Data Science, Compuer Science , Business and other related degrees can apply too

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central tools and features (e.g., Brand Analytics, A+ Content, PPC Campaigns).
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Amazon advertising platforms and strategies.
  • Experience with third-party tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
