Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients, including trucking companies, owner-operators, and logistics firms, for our dispatching services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to secure new business and renew existing contracts.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position our services in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the dispatching and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns or issues.
  • Performance Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
