We are seeking a NestJs Developer to join our Backend team.
- The ideal candidate should have expertise in Node, NestJS, Design Patterns, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, and be able to take technical ownership of tasks.
- They should also be able to break down high-level requirements into detailed requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
- Follow Agile methodology to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Take technical ownership of tasks and ensure their successful completion.
- Break down high-level requirements into detailed, actionable tasks.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure backend requirements meet frontend needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
- Ensure the application meets accessibility and security standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development.
- Implement and manage WebRTC and Socket.io for real-time communication features.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Node.js and NestJS.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, Material, Bootstrap, decorators, pipes, interceptors, two-factor authorization, JWT, and queues.
- Experience developing and extending RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience with WebRTC and Socket.io.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards such as FHIR, HL7, and HIPAA is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git version control and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a distributed or cross-functional environment.
- Time management and organizational skills for handling multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Available to start ASAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications or courses in backend development.
- Experience with other backend frameworks or languages (e.g., Express.js, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Experience with Github Copilot or similar tools
