Inside Sales Agent

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be committed to achieving sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the system for accurate tracking and follow-up.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong spoken and listening English communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency to efficiently navigate systems and record information.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities to engage customers effectively.
