ACCOUNTS and Finance Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a finance team of five members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company goals and operational plans.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial exposure and compliance issues.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with manufacturing and other departments to gather financial data and monitor budget adherence.
Analyze financial trends, variances, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies through regular audits and controls.
Drive continuous improvement in accounting and financial operations by identifying process efficiencies.
Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and other accounting functions to maintain healthy finances.
Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Support the implementation of financial software and tools to streamline reporting and analysis.
Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
