We’re continuously on the hunt for creative and experienced Video Editors to join our remote team full-time (40 hours/week).This position requires a professional with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, either in an agency setting or managing your own clients.The role demands versatility in creating various video types.Keep in mind that a paid trial as well as an online assessment are part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including content creators, influencers, agencies, and corporate scale-ups, to produce high-quality video content tailored to their specific needs.
  • Edit and create various video types, including social media videos, testimonials, training videos, product demos, webinars, video ads, explainer videos, brand videos, and animated videos.
  • Ensure that all videos align with brand guidelines and meet the standards for platform-specific formats (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Adapt video edits based on feedback, working closely with the creative team and clients to deliver final outputs that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and best practices to enhance the quality and engagement of client content.
  • Optimize videos for performance across various platforms, ensuring the appropriate use of aspect ratios, formats, and resolutions.
  • Perform color grading, sound mixing, and the integration of motion graphics as needed to enhance video production value.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the following editing skills, tailored to specific video types:

  • Expertise in animation, motion design, and integrating color and sound for engaging visual content.
  • Proficient in multi-camera editing, sound design, and consistent branding across presentations.
  • Skilled in dynamic transitions, pacing, and brand reinforcement for high-impact video ads.
  • Experienced in long-form editing with optimized audio and presentation design for webinars.
  • Adept at step-by-step editing, using screen recordings and annotations for instructional clarity.
