Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an on-site Call Center Representative Intern to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Provide information about products/services, pricing, and availability
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving product-related issues
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent English-speaking skills; native-like proficiency is preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computers and navigating software applications
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
