Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Listen to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and nonjudgmental manner.
- Work directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
- Provide one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment for career development.
- Help students prepare for admissions applications and standardized tests.
- Provide materials related to various career paths or counseling to align with students' skills.
- Assess client profiles, documentation, and higher education applications to prepare robust files for visa management.
- Ensure that documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
- Possess knowledge of document preparation for Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Ireland for study permits and immigration processes.
- In-bound and out-bound calling experience.
- Lead generation and follow-up lead experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
