We are seeking a motivated individual in Lahore, Pakistan, to join our team as an Admin / /Receptionist.

Location: Valancia Town (Lahore)

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and take initial personal information from them.
  • Handle cash and bank payments efficiently.
  • Book appointments for the sales team and coordinate schedules.
  • Assist with booking IELTS and other student enrollments.
  • Send emails to clients and maintain professional communication.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Answer phone calls and guide clients through their inquiries.
  • Assist the Managing Director with various administrative tasks.   

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
