We are looking for a skilled and experienced SEO, Facebook, and Google Ads Expert to join our team. This remote position requires full-time availability.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to improve search engine rankings.
Off-Page SEO: Develop and implement strategies for building high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority.
Backlinks Management: Monitor and manage backlink profiles to ensure link quality and prevent penalties.
Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve top rankings and maximize ROI.
Facebook Ads Management: Design, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Social Media Management: Manage and oversee all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) to drive engagement, brand awareness, and traffic.
Performance Analysis: Track and report on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of SEO, advertising, and social media efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads management, comprehensive social media management, and Facebook ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
- 3 months probation: Starting from 10,000 PKR for the first month, increasing to 15,000 PKR from the second month onwards.
- After probation: Salary will be revised to 25,000 PKR per month.
Additional Requirements:
- Must participate in daily scrums/hurdles to discuss strategies.
- Must have appropriate tools for the job and a proven track record.
