We are seeking a skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in content writing to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and drive measurable results. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to deliver compelling content that resonates with our audience and contributes to the overall success of our marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities: 

Email Marketing Strategy: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. 
  • Segment and target email campaigns based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives. 

Content Creation: 

  • Write and edit engaging, relevant, and persuasive content for email campaigns. 
  • Ensure all content is in line with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. 
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and effective email layouts. 

Campaign Management: 

  • Manage end-to-end email campaign execution, including planning, scheduling, testing, and deployment. 
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign effectiveness. 
  • A/B test various elements to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. 

List Management: 

  • Maintain and segment email lists for targeted and personalized communication. 
  • Implement best practices for list hygiene and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). 

Automation and Personalization: 

  • Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and guide them through the customer journey. 
  • Leverage personalization techniques to enhance the relevance of email content. 

Analytics and Reporting: 

  • Generate regular reports on the performance of email marketing campaigns. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

Stay Updated: 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing and content creation. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven 5 years of consistent experience in email marketing, with a focus on content creation. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms. 
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, or similar). 
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. 
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices. 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
