The integration resource needs to have experience with benefits integrations and preferably also with COBRA and ACA related integrations.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop benefits integrations from Workday to various benefits providers.
  • Collaborate with the team and benefits providers to seek clarifications on integration specifications and requirements as needed. The assumption is that the initial assessment and high-level requirements are prepared by the team.
  • Identify and communicate any technical integration requirements not yet identified to the team. This ensures their incorporation into the functional configuration, making the information available for integration processing.
  • Conduct unit testing for the developed integrations.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple teams to ensure effective and timely completion.
  • Provide support for UAT integration testing and promptly resolve any issues identified during the testing process.
  • Migrate developed integrations to the Production environment.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for the developed integrations.
  • Provide Knowledge Transfer (KT) to the team to facilitate a smooth transition and understanding of the developed integrations.
