IN Consult is actively recruiting for our next Associate Consultant in Lahore office.
We are looking for an Associate Consultant who is a self-starter, quick-witted, hardworking and possesses an inquisitive mindset. The candidate should not shy away from learning new topics and should be able grasp complex topics with ease. This role gives the candidate an opportunity to report directly to the firm's C-Suite executives.
The duties and responsibilities of the job includes the following:
- Participation in meetings to understand project need, managerial policies, managerial programs, project requirements and system processes
- Collection of secondary data and analysis
- Develop survey strategy, prepare survey instruments, supervise and conduct surveys for primary data collection
- Conduct technical/market research as per need and perform gap analysis
- Carry out SWOT, PESTEL and Operational Analysis
- Prepare feasibilities and techno-economic studies
- Propose improvements in strategy, technology, processes, systems, management policies and institutional framework
- Develop business plans, business proposals and annual implementation plan
- Report submission and presentation of findings
- Conduct meetings, prepare reports and presentations, and carry out assignments independently
