SEO Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SEO Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance the online visibility and organic search rankings of our company's digital assets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive targeted traffic, improve user engagement, and ultimately contribute to the overall growth and success of our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Keyword Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases relevant to our industry, products, and services.
Analyze keyword competitiveness and search trends to make informed decisions about targeting.

On-Page Optimization:

Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
Implement best practices for internal linking and site structure to enhance crawlability and indexability.

Technical SEO:

Identify and resolve technical issues that could impact search engine crawling, indexing, and ranking.
Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO-friendly website improvements, such as site speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.

Content Strategy:

Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-focused content strategies that align with target keywords and audience intent.
Provide guidance on optimizing existing content and creating new content to attract organic traffic.

Off-Page Optimization:

Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, influencer outreach, and social media engagement.
Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic or irrelevant links to maintain a healthy link profile.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms.
Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights to stakeholders.

Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends:

Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Provide recommendations for adjustments to SEO strategies based on emerging best practices.

Collaboration and Training:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on SEO best practices and optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful SEO strategies and improved organic search rankings.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO, including HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO-related certifications) are advantageous.
