Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues across the store.
  • Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and system issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Ensure timely maintenance of IT equipment and track inventory.
  • Assist in setting up new workstations and maintaining user accounts.
  • Collaborate with the IT team for system upgrades and cybersecurity measures.
  • Provide technical support and training to store staff when needed.
  • Document technical problems and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office Suite, and basic networking.
  • Problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
