Due to increasing volumes in our National wireless telecommunications programs Imcomtech Pty Ltd has an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team (Work from Home ). You will primarily be accountable to support the National Construction Manager and Regional Delivery team to ensure works are delivered on time, Documents submission , preparing build plans working with Build team to support required information and documentation.
- Prepare project documents, reports, minutes and other material as required by project team
- Maintain and update project records, registers and databases
- Raise and manage Change requests and Permits to Work
- Complete weekly schedule updates
- Downloading and uploading of For Construction drawings/packs and other site information in internal and customer databases
- Assist Regional Delivery team in coordinating project schedule, resources and workflow.
- Assist project team to issue documentation to field workforce
- Oversight of document control process to ensure information is stored correctly and in accordance with version control
