We are looking for a motivated Female Telemarketing Assistant to join our team at Imbi Tech. The selected candidate will handle all incoming inquiries, make outbound calls, invite clients to our office, and guide them about our courses and services.
This is a full-time office-based role with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make professional calls to clients and inquiries.
Provide information about our training courses and services.
Invite clients for office visits and guide them through the process.
Maintain proper follow-up with potential clients.
Achieve daily and monthly targets set by management.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (Urdu; English is a plus).
Telemarketing / Customer Dealing.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
Job Location: Sialkot, Pakistan

- Job Shift: First Shift (Day) – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
- Salary Range: PKR 20,000 – 25,000 (Trial Period: 3 months)
