Prepare complete workings of Annual Return of Company
Prepare Daily Transaction Summaries of all transactions
Prepare Income Statement of all Branches on monthly basis
Prepare Expense Statement of all Branches on monthly basis
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements on monthly basis
Prepare Parties’ Reconciliation Statements on monthly basis
Prepare Credit & Recovery Report of all parties on monthly basis
Prepare Petty Cash Report of all Branches for each fortnight
Working also as Internal Auditor to conduct Audit of all Records
Maintain Filing system of all records
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/word/Power point
To maintain tax record/files of purchase invoices, sales invoices, purchase register supplier wise, sales register customer wise and stock register item wise
Knowledge of bank statement reconciliation
Knowledge of supplier/customer statement reconciliation
Can prepare partnership accounts
Managing the day to day accounting transactions
Managing the accounts payable/receivable
Reporting to Director/chief accountant
Any other task assigned
