This position is accountable for
- Oversees company social media accounts management
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote related focused messages.
- Coordinate social media messaging and engage them.
- Ability to create authorities and persuasive content for the post.
- Send out Whatsapp and Emails through platform to existing and potential customers.
- Call customers to confirm orders and give order updates through WhatsApp and other chanels.
- Handle all sort of customer queries and returns.
- Setup and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companies social content.
- Collaborate with other department (Customer relations, Sales etc.) to manage reputation and identify key players and coordinate actions
- Create Stories and Reels through Instagram
- Design stories and Reels through Canva
