ACCOUNTS

I.M Traders is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Accounts professional with at least two years of experience to manage daily financial transactions and reporting. This role requires handling accounts payable and receivable data entry, managing invoice processing, and conducting timely reconciliations with customers. The successful candidate must be proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP FI and have strong knowledge of general ledger and financial reporting principles. This position does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate financial records and adherence to company policies. The Accounts professional will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial data and ensuring compliance with financial procedures. Responsibilities include daily data entry of receivables and payables, preparing and dispatching contractual requests, and generating sold-undelivered reports that provide insights into contract statuses. The role demands precision in reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies promptly to support the companys financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Perform daily data entry for accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare and dispatch requests related to contracts and sales on a daily basis to support operational processes.
Generate and review sold-undelivered reports for contracts to monitor outstanding sales and deliveries.
Conduct regular reconciliation of customer accounts to verify and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Manage and maintain the general ledger ensuring accurate posting and recording of financial transactions.
Handle invoice management processes including creation, verification, and tracking of invoices.
Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks and SAP FI, to process financial data and prepare reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all financial records comply with company policies and accounting standards.
Support financial reporting initiatives by compiling data and generating reports that reflect the companys financial status.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of financial information at all times.
Assist in audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to account transactions.
