Ihsan Sons (Pvt.) Ltd is hiring a Gate Incharge to handle gate operations, visitor records, inward/outward processes, weight scaling, and report preparation.
Candidates must have 1 year of experience, basic computer and email skills, and the ability to follow security procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage visitor entries, exits, and access control.
- Maintain records of vehicles and personnel movement.
- Handle inward/outward processes and delivery dispatches.
- Perform accurate weight scaling for logistics operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly gate reports.
- Update records and manage emails using computer systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse, security, and logistics teams.
- Follow safety and security procedures at all times.
- Report issues, discrepancies, or unusual activities.
