We are currently searching for a skilled and seasoned Truck Dispatch Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule freight pickups and deliveries for our clients (Truckers).
- Provide accurate shipping details to our esteemed customers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of calls, routes, pickups, and deliveries.
- Manage invoices and other shipment-related paperwork.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with transportation rules and regulations.
- Negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
- Proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher in US is preferred
