Assistant Branch Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of 2 personnel to ensure effective branch operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Implement customer retention strategies to reduce customer churn and increase loyalty.
Assist in monitoring daily branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Support the Branch Manager in planning and executing branch business activities.
Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and documentation.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to the team.
Manage communication within the branch to facilitate smooth information flow.
Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and customer service processes.
Prepare and present reports related to branch performance and customer feedback.
