Key Responsibilities

  •  Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  •  Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Assist in generating regular HR reports for management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and employee information.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Administrative Support:

  •  Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the company.
  •  Maintain and update company records, databases, and files.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages)
  •  Schedule in-house and external events.
  • Complete Documentation of the Forum’s parking lot for Clients.
  •  Arrange and coordinate logistics for Executives and Teams for business trips, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  •  Verification of purchases and preparation of expense reports.
  •    Ensure accuracy and completeness of administrative records and documentation.
  •   Monitor and reconcile expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Track and maintain records of office expenses, such as supplies, travel, and other operational costs.
  •  Ensure office equipment is in good working order and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
  •   Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of office equipment and supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and employees as needed.
  • Perform all other duties that fall under the scope and responsibility of HR & Admin Assistant.
