The Schedule Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the dental office by managing the scheduling of patient appointments. Responsibilities include:
- Appointment Scheduling
- Interact with patients via phone, email, or in-person to schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and handle appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure seamless coordination of appointments and patient care.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Qualifications:
- Should have a Bachelor degree.
- Previous experience in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic healthcare team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality dental care to patients.
Time: 6 days a week, 11:30 am to 8:15 pm
