Customer Sales Officer

We have a job opening for a Customer Sales Executive (Female) responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints. This role will also involve processing orders, making necessary modifications, and escalating complaints through various communication channels. It is important to remain calm and composed while dealing with frustrated customers and have prior experience working with computers.

Responsibilities:

I am maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
Promptly responding to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Having a thorough knowledge of our products to answer customer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Coordinating with colleagues as required.
Providing feedback on the customer service process efficiency.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
