Job Summary:
The Online Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and converting leads through various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong sales skills, and experience in digital marketing. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers through social media, email campaigns, SEO, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and drive traffic to the company’s website and online booking platforms.
Lead Conversion:
- Engage with leads via email, social media, live chat, and phone to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and services offered.
- Follow up with leads to answer questions, provide additional information, and address any concerns.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by closing sales and securing payments.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging travel destinations.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online sales, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
