US Real Estate Lead Generator (Cold Caller)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generator to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will play a vital role in our success by reaching out to potential sellers and uncovering new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively call qualified leads to discuss their interest in selling their homes.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential sellers through engaging in conversation.
- Clearly explain our services and the value proposition we offer.
- Ask insightful questions to understand the seller's needs and motivations.
- Qualify leads and identify those who are most likely to list their property shortly.
- Accurately record all call details and lead interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Schedule appointments for listing presentations with real estate agents on the team (optional).
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- A positive and professional attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection with grace and persistence.
- Proficiency in data entry and comfortable using a CRM system (training provided).
- Experience with cold calling is a plus.
