We are looking for Dynamic candidates for our Global Network Operation Center with 1-3 years of Experience as NOC Officer or Similar Role in a Telecom or ICT Organization. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience on using Live Network Monitoring Systems and trouble ticketing Tools.
Experience in Telecom Site Maintenance including inventory, site Management, Preventive and corrective maintenance and fuel Management.
Identifying and responding to faults and handling escalations through to resolution.
Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people.
Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources.
Must carefully track and document all issues and resolutions in detail.
Hands on Experience on MS Excel.
Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
Education:
Having bachelor’s Degree in Telecom/IT/Electrical or Equivalent.
